As well as the usual assured shorthold tenancy agreements, we also like to hear about:Sale board

Regulated/sitting tenants.
Holiday lets. Also part holiday let/part holiday home.
Where the client doesn't have any income, but spouse/partner pays higher rate tax.
Situations where part of the property is let and part is owner-occupied.
Where the rent does not cover the mortgage interest, but it is for a high net worth client.
Instances where the daughter or son will live at the property with up to three other students.

The Society will lend on most residential properties, e.g. houses, bungalows, both purpose built or converted leasehold flats and maisonettes (up to the fourth floor).

Leasehold properties must have at least 30 years remaining on the lease at the end of the mortgage term.
