Procuration Fees

Our usual procuration fee is 0.50% of the advance.

Equally important, we know how much you need us to provide a good service so that you can concentrate on getting more business rather than chasing cases.

It does help us if you enclose all relevant documentation with the mortgage application forms. For example, identification, recent bank and mortgage statements, evidence of income and appropriate background information.

You will need to be on the Financial Services Authority Register of Mortgage Intermediaries in order to introduce regulation mortgages to us. We do not have a panel of introducers or ask you to sign a contract.
