We strongly recommend that your client obtains a detailed survey from an On request, we will be pleased to put you in touch with surveyors. If your client is having a detailed survey and prefers to choose the surveyor, kindly let us know the full details as we may be able to instruct the same surveyor to carry out a valuation on our behalf. The following Valuation Fees apply. These are just for a basic valuation on behalf of the Society and your client will not receive a copy of the Report. |
