Additional borrowing can be arranged for borrowers who have an existing mortgage with the Society. Funds are available for a wide range of purposes, including:

  • Home improvements
  • Expanding a business
  • University fees
  • Purchase of an additional property

The money can be borrowed over the same term of years as your existing mortgage or over a different term, if preferred.
