If you are having a detailed survey and prefer to choose the surveyor, kindly let us know the full details as we may be able to instruct the same surveyor to carry out a valuation on our behalf. The following Valuation Fees apply. These are just for a basic valuation on behalf of the Society and you will not receive a copy of the Report. |
