Here is a summary of our opening hours over the festive period for our branches…
- Christmas Eve – our six branches and our Head Office will close at 1pm
- Christmas Day and Boxing Day – our six branches and our Head Office will be closed
- Friday 27th December – our Head Office will be open as usual and all our six branches will be open at their usual opening hours (see links below)
- Saturday 28th December – all our six branches will be open from 9am – midday
- Sunday 29th December – all our six branches are closed
- Monday 30th December – our Head Office will be open as usual and all our six branches will be open at their usual opening hours (see links below)
- New Years Eve – our six branches and our Head Office will close at 1pm
- New Years Day – our six branches and our Head Office will be closed
- Thursday 2nd January – our Head Office will be open as usual and all our six branches will be open at their usual opening hours (see links below)

Please note: If customers request any faster payment online or send money electronically to their HBS account, if this request is received after 11am on Tuesday 24th December 2019, this will not be processed until Friday 27th December 2019. Any payment request received after 11am on Tuesday 31st December 2019, this will not be processed until Thursday 2nd January 2020.
