All feedback is reviewed by our management team, so any feedback, big or small, will help provide us with valuable insight and ensure that we can continue to provide a personal service to you. There is no cost to provide feedback; simply complete the online feedback form including your contact details, or alternatively complete a feedback form after receiving a service in one of our local branches. The email address or phone number you provide may be used by us to respond to your feedback, so we can further improve your experience with us, but will not be used for marketing purposes.

As part of our customer feedback programme, Harpenden Building Society supports its Charity of the Year. We will contribute up to £100 per calendar month, provided that at least one completed item of customer feedback is received during that month via our partners at smart money people. The monthly contribution will be funded directly by Harpenden Building Society and paid to the Charity of the Year by the 5th working day of the following month.

The contribution amount is not calculated per customer, per application, or per feedback submission, and no prize draw or competition is operated in connection with customer feedback. Employees and board members of Harpenden Building Society may submit feedback but are not eligible to influence or determine the charitable contribution.
