Annual General Meeting 2026 (AGM) – Results of Resolutions
Friday 24th April 2026, Results of Resolutions
We would like to thank all our members who participated in the 2026 AGM.
You can read the Chair’s Statement and Chief Executive Review (in addition to other information on the performance of the Society during the last year) in our Society’s Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025.
In addition, you can read the questions raised by members and the responses provided by the Board.
We would like to thank our members for the overwhelming support you gave to the Board’s recommendations. This year 1136 members voted and as a direct result of your participation, the Society will be making a charitable donation of £2,272 to our selected charity, Herts Young Homeless.
The results document was prepared by the Society Secretary following the Society’s AGM and records the results of the resolutions put to the members of the Society and voted on by a Poll.
You can view the results of the resolution here.
Thank you to all our members for your continued support.
This is a short note to express our gratitude for the warm and helpful assistance we received when trying to set up our Savings ISAs at the Harpenden store. We were particularly grateful for the way the staff patiently took us through the paperwork with such good humour.
