Buy-to-Let Mortgage Criteria
On 1 May 2026, all existing fixed-term ASTs were converted to assured periodic tenancies, new agreements from this date should be on the new Assured Periodic Tenancy (APT) with an initial requirement of minimum term of 12 months and a post-protected period whereby after the initial period the tenancy will continue on a rolling basis.
