We are pleased to announce we have joined conveyancing panel management specialist, Legal Marketing Services (LMS) Panel Link.
Through the provision of their unique panel link service, LMS will provide access to a fully vetted, secure panel of conveyancing firms that will meet our acceptance criteria for admittance onto our panel.
This new panel management relationship will enhance our customers experience by improving the mortgage application journey.
Solicitor instructions and additional documentation will now be sent securely through the LMS secure portal, allowing solicitors to gain timely access to commence the conveyancing process.
LMS provide risk and fraud mitigation through a comprehensive vetting and validation process.
