Annual General Meeting
Important Information
Updated Tuesday 2nd June 15:30
We would like to thank all members who participated in the 2020 AGM.
Unfortunately, due to advice issued by the Government and Public Health England together with the confirmed closure of the AGM venue, the Society had to make the difficult decision to hold the 2020 AGM behind closed doors.
However, you can read a statement from the Society’s Chief Executive as well as the questions raised by members and the answers provided by the Board.
The Society’s Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019 also contains the Chairman’s Statement and other information on the performance of the Society during the last year.
We would like to thank the members for the overwhelming support you gave to the Board’s recommendations. This year 1,401 members voted and as a direct result of your participation the Society will be making a charitable donation of £1,401 to our selected Charity Alzheimers Research UK.
Thank you to all our members for your continued support and understanding during this challenging period. The results of the AGM are shown below.
