Annual General Meeting
Monday 26th April 2021
We would like to thank all members who participated in the 2021 AGM.
Unfortunately, owing to the current UK Government restrictions on public gatherings and to protect the health and safety of our members, we had to limit attendance to director and employee members necessary to form a quorum.
However, you can read a statement from the Society’s Chief Executive as well as the questions raised by members and the answers provided by the Board.
The Society’s Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2020 also contains the Chairman’s Statement and other information on the performance of the Society during the last year.
We would like to thank our members for the overwhelming support you gave to the Board’s recommendations. This year 1,238 members voted and as a direct result of your participation the Society will be making a charitable donation of £1,238 to our selected Charity NHS Charities Together.
Thank you to all our members for your continued support and understanding during this challenging period. The results of the AGM are shown below.
